Template House products are sold by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record. Refunds and statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/EEA/UK where it applies, are handled by Polar under its buyer terms shown at checkout: Polar buyer terms.

If a file does not work as described, contact support@template-house.com: we will fix or replace it, or ask Polar to refund you.
